Dr. Irving A. Meeker, D.D.S. is a magna cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. He returned to his hometown of Pasadena, California, where he started a sole-proprietor dental practice which thrived for 36 years before he sold it just before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Meeker is known for his commitment to excellence in everything he does for his patients, including placing dental implants, prepless veneers, crowns, bridges, as well as performing root canals and oral surgery. He completed many educational courses to continue expanding his knowledge and skills. Dr. Meeker is also known to other dentists for having designed and invented the LUMIGRIP handpiece for the Denmat Corp., which is used around the world to simplify the safe placement of multiple cosmetic veneers.
Dr. Meeker develops close relationships with his patients by placing the highest importance on the core values of empathy, integrity, and trust. Having been freed of the daily administrative duties of running a practice, he is pleased to be able to concentrate on helping patients look and feel better at Wilshire Smile Studio.
He and his wife, Anne, have four children. In his free time, Dr. Meeker enjoys running and physical fitness, woodworking, oil painting, and writing.
